Which EPR obligations apply to you?
Answer seven quick questions about what you sell and where. Get a country-by-country map of your packaging-EPR obligations: which registers, which PROs, whether you need an authorised representative, and every deadline — based on the official rules of each of the 11 markets, verified July 2026.

How this check works
The rules behind this map are the actual national ones: Germany has no threshold and requires LUCID registration from the first parcel; the Netherlands requires nothing below 50,000 kg/year (except single-use plastic and deposit packaging); Austria, Spain, and Denmark require an authorised representative for sellers without a local establishment; Sweden explicitly covers foreign distance sellers. Each country card links to our full guide with sources.
The check covers packaging EPR. Batteries, electronics (WEEE), and textiles are separate producer responsibility streams — the check flags them so you know they exist, without pretending to map them.
